  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping:

  • Flat Rate: $9.12 (Free for orders over $100)

  • Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

Expedited Shipping:

  • Rates calculated at checkout

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Heart of Care Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Double check the address

  • Look around your delivery area

  • Contact the carrier

  • If still missing, email us at gentletouch@heartofcareco.com and we’ll help you file a claim
